About

Westwood is a 190-acre natural area managed by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. It is home to an abundant array of wildlife, breathtaking views, and a wide trail that begins off Thorpe Rd.

If you visit this incredible area, please:

• Park on Thorpe Rd and enter left of the gate (See Image Below). Access to this property is allowed via an access easement (See Map Below).
• Treat the area with respect and consider picking up trash.
• Spread the word. This land will be auctioned unless people request its preservation.
